Avoid Personalised named silver necklace
Very disappointed bought a personalised named necklace for a family member unfortunately after a few minutes item was caught and broke. The name area has no soldering on the link next to name where it attaches on necklace. Upon contacting customer service was refused any refund other than 10% off to purchase another item, when I complained again I was offered to pay £10 to have another one made including postage ? Why ? I want a full refund. This should have been made known to whoever in manufacturing department and investigated better than this. Since having sent further emails they are no longer replying to me.
Avoid
Ordered before and whilst the deliver takes time I always received my purchase or got a response to my email. I ordered start of December still haven't received my necklace and they are ignoring my emails lesson learnt won't be purchasing again
Not at all impressed
I purchased a dog tag for my dog. So many issues. First yes, it took forever. More importantly though, they mucked up the engraving! If you have a rectangular area in which to engrave western text, a single word, that is a name, what orientation would you use? They engraved the name in portrait even though it would have fit much better in landscape. I don't know why they did it this way. Most of their items of the same style with engraving all use landscape. Now it looks stupid !
Unfortunately poor quality products
I purchased a silver keyring for my partner September 2022.
My partner put 3 normal size keys into the keyring, nothing unusual, but the keyring ring bend and didn't close anymore.
I contacted the Silver Love team, hoping we could provide me a solution or explanation. The customer service team responded quickly, but unfortunately, the team insisted that we had broke the keyring and their "goodwill gesture" was to sell me a new keyring (+postal).
I asked them to to reconsider their option, but I received no solution.
A pretty item, but very poor quality product that doesn't last normal usage.

My work colleagues bought me a bracelet…
My work colleagues bought me a bracelet for my 60th birthday and after 3 weeks it literally fell off my wrist. When the company was approached about this they judged from a photo that I had caught it and it had been broken with some force. I can categorically say this was not the case and the quality of the chain was poor. Save your money as it wasn’t cheap and buy from a decent company who actually cares about their customers.

Waited nearly a month and still not arrived
I have waited nearly a month for my item to arrive, I have paid another charge for redirection that was 1st class signed and still not here.
I would not trust this company in any way.

Paid over £200 for a necklace £40 extra…
Paid over £200 for a necklace £40 extra for a diamond for it to fall out after less then a handful of wears, shocking customer services, don’t waste your money on cheap jewellery that weighs nothing for the price your paying and falls apart

Poor quality for the price,family tree pendent tarnished,then fell off but luckily found it but then the chain broke only bought it in July,and no help from customer service,just advised to clean it and must of pulled it for it to break,did offer 20% of wouldnt buy from them again
Complete scam
Complete scam. Check that phone number before you order - it is fake. This dispute has been forwarded to my CC company, as they overcharged me in addition to not sending the merchandise.

Steer Clear of this company, they do not value customers and have zero customer service.
I have messaged them numerous times and not one message has been replied to, I wish I had looked here before placing my order.

Silver Name necklace "Fierce!"
I bought a silver Name necklace, I chose a word and ordered it. Then I dithered and wondered whether to add an exclamation mark to it. A very helpful lady phoned me and said it had been drawn out, but I could change it. The result is lovely and I'm really pleased. I'm buying another!

Exceptional service
Ordered a 3 love heart pendant. Customer service was outstanding. Emailed back with sample drawings of what I requested. When above and beyond any customer care I have dealt with. Ordered from Ireland and got it in under a week. It's beautiful and great engraving
